WINDROW FLUFFER/MERGER
The optional discharge extension allows the operator
to put windrow #1 directly onto windrow #2, then come back and put windrow #3 on #2,
combining 3 windrows in 2 passes, thus allowing the operator to bale or chop 3
windrows at one time.
Diversify your operation by adding an extension to one side of a bi-directional model. This
allows one unit to do both functions, merge crops out one side or reverse the direction
of the discharge belt and fluff windrows out the other side.
Cut your travel time in half! In one pass you can combine 2 windrows together.
Or save even more time with our tandem model, or use our 8' model to combine
two 14' or 16' windrows, or our 10' model to combine two 16' or 18' windrows.

Versus ground-driven
units, operation of the ROWSE fluffer is totally hydraulic, so you're
guaranteed maximum response under any and all conditions.
Two orbital motors are used and run in series, the first
drives the pickup belt while the second drives the discharge belt. By running the motors in
series, your field travel remains at optimum speed. The speed of the pickup belts are
regulated by either the rabbit and turtle or the throttle on the tractor. This feature
allows you to adjust the pickup belt speed to the same feet per minute as the ground speed...an
important factor in minimizing leaf loss and virtually eliminating "bunching" ahead of the pick up.
The speed of the discharge belt is regulated by a flow control valve.
For ease of turning and to assure adequate ground
clearance for clearing fluffed windrows, a hydraulic lift system is standard on the
ROWSE Fluffer. Guage wheels on the pick up conveyor are adjustable for easy regulation of both rigorous and not so rigorous contact
with the ground.
If you desire different
windrow widths, you'll like the ROWSE fluffer windrow deflector...adjustable to different
widths. Plus, the deflector allows you to change the angle of deflection for different
crops and conditions.
If changing direction
of the discharge belt to keep windrows separated is important, a bi-directional right hand/left
hand model is available by special order.
Choose a model that fits
your needs! ROWSE fluffers are available in 8-foot and 10-foot widths, in both single and
tandem models. For operators who want to fluff two windrows per pass or combine two
windrows into one, a special tandem unit is available.
