INSTALLATION: Jack up, and block securely, right hand end of mower frame. Remove right hand spindle assembly. Mount RM-2502 bracket onto spindle mounting. Fasten with 1" x 8" Bolt, and 1" Nut, tighten set screw. Mount RM-2501 extension, over frame, and into bracket. Fasten with (2) 3/4 x 6 bolts, nuts and lockwashers. Mount spindle assembly onto end of extension with exisitng bolt. Align extension, so wheel will run over the hay thrown back by the front swath board, tighten bolts. Remove RM-2338 tie rod clevis. Slip the RM-2503 tie rod extension over existing tie rod. Leave bolt loose at this time. Disconnect RM-2109 linkage, from RM-2356 transport lever. Fasten RM-2504 transport extension to transport lever, (holes down), using 3/4" x 2" bolt, nut and lock washer. Fasten transport linkage to the tie rod extension. Bolt transport rod clevis to spindle arm with existing bolt and nut. Align wheels by measureing from the left wheel, to the right wheel, in front and back of tire. Leave 1/8" to 1/4" toe in, at the front side. Tighten 1/2" x 3" bolt on the tie rod extension clamp, so tie rod does not slip.
